In Blow Blow Process, Over-Capacity is the percentage of air space in Parison.
There are 2 versions in Parison definition.
1. Over-Capacity is the percentage of air space in a Parison before Counter Blow.
2. Over-Capacity is the percentage of air space in a Parison after Counter Blow.
In this service station, we would adopt version 1 in our evaluation and recommend
a comfortable size for Parison design and glass forming.
It may vary according to glass ware shape/size, Light-Weight Glass Index.
